Our founder has an extensive real estate background and is always looking to satisfy the customers’ changing needs. Nathalie Mullinix‘s company started offering unique “menu” programs with her conventional real estate company in 1994. Now this is a way of the future. Our founder started Nathalie Mullinix Realty, Inc. (a conventional real estate company) in 1990 and Nathalie Mullinix Referral Company, Inc. in 1991 in Maryland. In 1996 she opened Nathalie Mullinix REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc. and REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc. in Maryland. In 2001, Nathalie Mullinix REALTY UNIVERSAL, Inc., Inc. opened in Hawaii. REALTY UNIVERSAL® offers services to agents/brokers, sellers and buyers worldwide including, but not limited to, fee for service, flat fee, full service, consulting, training, tele-seminars, coaching, referrals and more!!! This is done through our Real Estate Menu Systems®.
